Mercedes-Benz<\/strong> is rumoured to be ending<\/strong> production of its A-Class<\/strong> model range in 2026<\/strong> and not replacing it. This move will then leave space<\/strong> open for a new entry-level \u201cbaby Benz<\/strong>\u201d. Enter the GLA<\/strong>, which is set to take over that spot in the coming years. Spies<\/strong> have spotted<\/strong> the next-generation GLA<\/strong> while it undergoes some testing procedures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shape \u2013 even under camouflage<\/strong> – looks different from the current-generation GLA, with a face resembling<\/strong> the new GLC<\/strong> in some ways, slanted headlights<\/strong> and self-retracting<\/strong> door handles. The rear roofline also slopes, giving the GLA a sportier<\/strong> look than previously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With diesel passenger<\/strong> cars being persona no grata<\/em> in Europe these days, the GLA will instead carry petrol and Hybrid<\/strong> powertrains, as well of course, as fully-electric<\/strong> drives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
