Audi<\/strong> reported total sales<\/strong> of 1 623 551 cars<\/strong> for 2025<\/strong> in the global sphere, representing 2.9% fewer<\/strong> than it sold in 2024. Of these, 223 000<\/strong> were fully-electric<\/strong> cars (EVs), mainly led by the new A6 e-tron<\/strong> (37 000 units) and the Q6 e-tron<\/strong> (84 000). That Q6 e-tron was previously promised to Mzansi by Audi South Africa<\/strong> executives for 2025, but it never arrived. Perhaps in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simultaneously the company\u2019s hi-performance division \u2013 Audi Sport<\/strong> \u2013 delivered 36 000 cars<\/strong> branded S and RS<\/strong> to customers worldwide. This is a drop of 13%<\/strong> from 2024, which Audi attributes to fewer available cars due to model changeover<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
