BMW is already updating the iX1. The car was launched internationally and in Mzansi in 2022, and as such, the facelift/ update should be around early 2026. We see here the spied camouflaged car driving on the streets of Germany.
The big changes visually seem to be the inclusion of the “Neue Klasse” design philosophy, which is quite clear on the front end especially. BMW is obviously applying this philosophy across the board, having started with the new iX3. At the rear end as well the new look is obvious.
Inside we will see similar scenes to the iX3, with a new iDrive infotainment system, seats and so on. Essentially the iX1 will be a very comprehensive update for BMW, almost all-new.
