Toyota is rebooting the iconic FJ Cruiser brand in the form of this compact unit. Called the Land Cruiser FJ, the vehicle is also being considered for the Mzansi market, which to us basically means it will without a doubt, be offered here.
Going for that boxy shape in terms of design, Toyota is gunning for the current crop of boxy compact SUVs, some of which are also off-road capable. It measures 4.6 metres in length, 1.8m tall, 1.9m wide and has a wheelbase of 2.6m.
The launch powertrain includes 2.7-litre naturally aspirated engine with about 120kW, although we are not sure this would be the same engine offered here in Mzansi.
